What does my child wear to gymnastics?

Charlot gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics classes and does not require gymnastics leotards to be worn to class. Athletes may wear leotards, biketards, bike shorts, shorts, and t-shirts to class. We do not allow denim or clothing with zippers, buttons, or buckles as it can get stuck on equipment and hurt the athletes when doing certain skills and using the equipment.

Does my child need special socks or shoes for classes?

No, we actually prefer athletes to be bare foot.

What will my child learn?

At Charlot Gymnstics athletes are placed in classes based on their skill abilities. In their level they will work on skill progressions that teach, strengthen, and build to advanced gymnastics skills.

Do you offer anything other than gymnastics?

Our main service is traditional gymnastics (vault, bar, beam, floor) but we do offer tumbling classes that allow atheletes from other sports to use our coaches and facilities to work on thier tumbling skills. We also offer Extra Practice Sessions, Pop-N-Play, and Ninja Fitness Fun that allow kids to have fun in a non structured setting.

* Kids, Girls, and Boys programs are $124 per month
* Tumbling Punch Card is $124 per punch card
